StellaSense provides AI-generated negotiation strategies, scripts, and educational support to help consumers and small businesses communicate more effectively in disputes, negotiations, and billing situations.

StellaSense is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Use of the service does not create an attorney-client relationship. Nothing generated by StellaSense constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. For legal matters, you should consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for how you use any strategy, script, or output generated by StellaSense. Results are not guaranteed. You accept sole responsibility for any actions you take based on content generated by the platform, and expressly hold StellaSense LLC harmless from any outcome arising from your use.

Certain features require payment. By purchasing, you agree to the pricing and billing terms shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You may manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe Billing Portal. Cancellation stops future billing, and access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. StellaSense does not provide prorated refunds unless required by law. The $4.99 Verified Win Badge is a one-time, non-refundable purchase.

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with the platform, attempt to reverse-engineer its systems or prompts, or use it for unlawful purposes. You may not use StellaSense to harass, threaten, or intimidate others. You may not attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls.

StellaSense LLC owns the platform, design, branding, system logic, and AI infrastructure. You may use outputs generated during your session for your own personal or business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute AI-generated outputs as a service.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. StellaSense LLC is not liable for losses, damages, or outcomes — including financial, legal, or reputational — resulting from use of or reliance on the service. In no event shall StellaSense LLC's liability exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of StellaSense after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
