StellaSense respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following information when you use StellaSense:

Email address (when you unlock your first strategy or register)
Usage activity and feature interactions (aggregated, not personally identified)
Payment status and subscription tier (but not full payment card details)
Win outcomes you voluntarily submit to the leaderboard

We do not store your negotiation inputs, strategy content, or Live Coach conversations. All input and output data is processed in-session only and discarded when your session ends.

How We Use Information

We use this information to:

Provide and improve the StellaSense service
Generate AI-powered negotiation strategies based on your inputs
Manage account access, usage limits, and subscription status
Process payments and fulfill purchases through Stripe
Prevent abuse and enforce our Terms of Service
Understand how the platform is used to improve it over time

We do not use your negotiation inputs to train AI models without your consent.

Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. StellaSense does not store, transmit, or have access to full payment card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled. You can review it at stripe.com/privacy.

Data Retention

We retain account and subscription data only as long as necessary to operate the service. Email addresses and payment status are stored securely on our backend systems. We do not store your personal inputs, strategy content, Live Coach conversations, or uploaded document contents beyond your active session. You may clear your session at any time using the Clear Session option in the app footer.

Analytics

We use analytics tools to understand how the platform is used — including which features are used most, where users encounter friction, and how we can improve. Analytics data is aggregated and does not personally identify you. You can opt out of browser-based tracking using standard browser privacy controls.

No Sale of Personal Information

        We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising purposes. Your email and usage data are used solely to operate and improve StellaSense.
      

Cookies and Local Storage

StellaSense uses browser localStorage to remember your session state, email capture status, and subscription tier between visits. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will indicate the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of StellaSense after changes are posted means you accept the updated version.
